A boutique mixed-use building on a beautiful and much sought-after street in Potts Point, Dickson Rothschild were involved with the modification application and construction documentation of this project.

Nine, mostly north facing, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments and a ground floor restaurant/retail space were modified within the charming building. The design sought to retain the existing façade, while updating the usability of the commercial space and residences.
