Dickson Rothschild were the architects and planners for this multi-residential housing development in Miranda, from development application through to marketing through to construction.
It was one of the first projects in the recently up-zoned Miranda residential precinct in 2013, and Dickson Rothschild assisted the Client to advocate for good quality high density outcomes in the to-be-developed DCP. Dickson Rothschild then continued to leading the development application, including undertaking an extensive façade modelling exercise to satisfy Council’s Design Panel and to expedite the development application. Each of the apartments are generous in size and offer good amenity facing towards an attractive internal courtyard. The apartment mix and yield achieved were highly suited to the changing market of the area.
