Dickson Rothschild was particularly instrumental in consultation and collaboration with Council using rigorous urban design analysis to justify additional built form, respond to the existing historic context, ensure pedestrian amenity, reimagine the pedestrian circulation network including private arcades, skyways, pedestrian malls and urban footpaths and to achieve double height awnings which have set a new direction for retailing in the city centre.
