With an honours degree in Architecture and over 25 years of experience in all major phases of development projects , Fergus – Dickson Rothchild’s Technical Director – is passionate about driving high quality and effective outcomes. He has a particular focus on buildability and technical detail, whilst also being exceptionally talented at preparing design options. This underpins his role for stewarding many of the more complex projects at Dickson Rothschild.

 

He has a long history of iconic projects including the greenfield Rouse Hill Town Centre, the major infrastructure rollout to 38 schools in NSW’s “Building the Education Revolution”, as well as the intricate inner city adaptive reuse of Harry Seidler’s Horwitz House in Haymarket.
